We thought we would write a quick F.A.Q post to answer some of the most common questions we receive.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: It is $15 to ride for two hours, or $35 to ride all day. We also run Day Camps during the school holidays ($99), as well as group lessons and Development Nights ($30)

Q: Do you do Birthday Parties?
A: Yes we do – more information can be found on our Birthday Parties page.

Q: What are the session times?
A: Warehouse11 has abandoned the concept of ‘session times’ in exchange for a ‘rock-up and ride’ policy. Our computer ‘check-in system’ monitors the time each person arrives and alerts us when your session time is up! This means you are able to turn up to ride any time that we are open.

Q: Can I ride my BMX/Inline/Longboard/ at W11?
A: Yep! We don’t discriminate – you’re able to ride whatever you please! The exception of this is our sport-specific Development Nights (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30PM)

Q: How do I book a lesson? What skill level are they intended for?
A: You are able to book a lesson in-store, online, or over the phone. We have a variety of coaches who are all trained to coach at all skills levels.
No matter if you’re a grom stomping kickflips, or have never stepped on a skateboard/scooter before, our coaches will help you step up your skills to the next level!
